Our part-time Gwinnett County Police patrol officers, the Community Association Manager (year-round), and seasonal staff (during pool season) may request to see your Membership Card and valid ID at any time while you are on Norris Lake common areas or the lake.

Please treat the police, management, and seasonal personnel respectfully. They are here to protect the safety of our residents and the interests of the community.

Property Owners may share current gate codes only with tenants of properties that:

• Have an approved lease on file with Management (6+ month terms), and 
• Are Verified and Current with the Association Dues. 

Please do not share codes with non-members or delinquent residents. Improper sharing of gate codes may result in suspension of Membership privileges. If a security issue is suspected, codes may be changed immediately.

If you encounter a missing, broken, or malfunctioning lock or keypad, notify Management promptly.
