NLCBC Gate Codes, Common Area Access, & Wi-Fi

NLCBC uses a monthly rotating gate code system to help provide access for Members while maintaining neighborhood security.

Effective June 2026, the NLCBC Gate Codes login page has been permanently discontinued.

This change was made for several reasons, including:

• Inaccurate occupancy records Management not always being notified when tenants move in or out. 
• Ongoing technical issues with the login and password recovery system. 
• Difficulty obtaining support and resolution from the software provider support. 
• The need to ensure gate codes are only distributed to currently verified residents in good standing. 

Gate codes will no longer be available through any NLCBC website login system.

Instead, the current monthly gate codes will be emailed directly to all verified Members in good standing when the codes are updated.

Gate codes are generally updated on the first Clubhouse office day after the 7th of each month.

This schedule allows Management time to:

• Process monthly late fees 
• Update delinquency records 
• Prepare replacement padlocks and access devices 
• Update Seasonal Staff sign-in records 

Once completed, the new codes are emailed to all eligible Members.

Current gate codes are emailed to:

• Property Owners in good standing 
• Residents with approved leases of six (6) months or longer on file 
• Members whose accounts are current or on an approved Payment Plan at the time codes are distributed 

A Member is a resident in good standing who has a valid deed or approved lease on file and has been issued a Membership Card by the Association.

If your account becomes current after the monthly codes have already been distributed, simply contact Management during office hours.

Text message is preferred for gate code requests.

Management can provide the current code after verifying that:

• You are using a registered phone number or email address 
• A current deed or approved lease is on file 
• The account is in good standing at the time of the request 

To avoid interruptions when visiting amenities, Members who make payments after the delinquency list has been updated are encouraged to notify Management so Seasonal Staff records can be updated promptly.

Our part-time Gwinnett County Police patrol officers, the Community Association Manager, Seasonal Staff, and authorized Board Directors may request to see your Membership Card and valid photo identification while using Association property.

Please treat all staff, volunteers, directors, and officers respectfully. They are working to protect the safety of residents and the interests of the community.

Do not share gate codes with non-members or delinquent residents.

Improper sharing of gate codes may result in suspension of Membership privileges. If a security concern is identified, codes may be changed immediately without notice.

If you encounter a missing, broken, or malfunctioning lock or keypad, please notify Management promptly.
