Board of Director Candidate Bios

The Norris Lake Community Benefits Corporation (NLCBC) Board of Directors election will take place during the Bi-Annual Homeowner Meeting on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 6:30 PM, at the Norris Lake Clubhouse (8320 Norris Lake Road, Snellville, GA 30039).

This year, five Board Director seats are open for election, each serving a two-year term beginning January 1, 2027, and ending January 1, 2029. Below are the biographies submitted by eligible candidates for homeowners to review before casting their votes.

Voting Eligibility: Only Membership Households in good standing may vote. Each Membership Household is entitled to one vote, regardless of the number of lots or properties owned within NLCBC or the number of individuals listed on the deed(s). Owners of vacant lots are also eligible. Tenants and proxy voters are not permitted.

Voting Options: Eligible owners may vote during the Homeowner Meeting or take advantage of walk-in voting on November 2 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Clubhouse. A valid Membership Card and government-issued ID are required for verification. Members with disabilities who may need accommodations should contact Management in advance.
